Our trade fairs that are custom-tailored for networking, interaction and the exchange of experience and ideas.  We endeavour to provide you with all the necessary information to help make your visit to our trade fairs as smooth as possible.    

Hotel bookings
In order to thoroughly enjoy your visit, you should plan your trip in advance. This includes the timely reservation of hotel accommodation – especially during trade fair days. Our appointed travel agent will source for the best rates and this will be published at the individual trade fair portal at least 6 months prior to the trade fair.

Visitor online pre-registration has its perks
Available 6 months prior to the trade fair, the online visitor pre-registration will provide you with an added advantage to engage in our business matching services.  In addition, all pre-registered visitors are entitled to a copy of the show catalogue/directory as well as receive regular updates on the trade fairs.

Visa application
As a pre-registered visitor to our trade fairs, we will issue you with the invitation letter to support your visa application.

We go all out to ensure you are kept updated
We work intensely in advance of trade fairs to achieve ideal business conditions for you as a visitor.  An extensive promotion programme that includes advertising, direct mail, email broadcasts, business matching, focus group meetings and industry presentations ensures that you receive the most updated information on our trade fairs.  At the same time, our online trade fair product highlights portal will allow you to have a sneak preview on what the exhibiting companies will be showcasing at the various trade fairs.

Business matching services
If you plan to visit any of our trade fairs, you will now be able to select the companies you want to meet at the fair.  When you pre-register your visit, you will be opening doors to opportunities of effective business networking.  Our Business Matching Service is tailored to match you with exhibiting companies that meet your buying needs and to establish contact prior to your visit.  You will also be able to manage your time more effectively during the exhibition by pre-scheduling your appointments with the exhibiting companies.
