16 Jan 2018
Indonesia is expected to be the 6th largest economy worldwide by 2020 with projected imports of 25 million tons by 2035.
In response, INDOMETAL 2018’s focus will be on retooling and steelmaking technology for cost efficient solutions and applications. These are anchored by foundry plants, die-casting machines, melting operations, suppliers of plant and equipment for iron making, steel and non-ferrous metal production as well as rolling steel mills. Industrial furnaces, industrial heat treatment plants, thermal processes, casting machinery and pouring equipment can also be expected.
The exhibition’s comprehensive spectrum of products and solutions in the metal and steel value chain is critical for domestic producers to upgrade their technology as well as provide a one-stop platform for international companies looking to be part of Southeast Asia’s economic growth story.
